“Excellence & Service with Integrity”

Our values of doing things right, doing things with the right attitude, and doing the right thing mean that you can rest assured that we’re working hard for you because doing so is important to us.

Parts that Meet Tough Specifications

Tight tolerances, challenging geometries, long-life performance requirements, and cleanliness specifications are our specialties

Design for Manufacturing Recommendations

Improved manufacturability results in higher quality, lower cost, and better delivery

Tighter Timing & Change Management

With in-house tooling design & build, in-house automation, and manufacturing engineering, we can better react to program changes

Credit For Your Scrap

We don’t play games with offal: we credit back to our customers the net proceeds from the sale of their scrap

Non-ferrous Material Sourcing & Hedging

We can not only get nearly any non-ferrous material, we can give you a fixed price that is backed by commodities contracts

Supply from Nearby

Whether you need the product in the U.S. or Mexico, we can give you the same quality and service from within the same country

Engineering Benefits

The right process for the best use of material. Our highly integrated tool & process engineering team provides maximum tool life and high quality zero defect parts. We can bring you to full production faster and reliably through our integrated and concurrent engineering capabilities.

Parts that Meet Tough Specifications

Our process design starts with tooling design, but doesn’t end there. We also manage a range of secondary processes, from deburr and cleaning to assembly, spot welding, and printing. We have supplier partners in heat-treating and plating to achieve finish and form specifications. We can implement a range of quality monitoring and control regimens from SPC to 100% automated inspection.

Design for Manufacturing Recommendations

Because we have different stamping processes, a range of secondary processes and supplier partners, we have experience engineering the best process for the job. When asked, we readily provide that insight from experience to help our customers arrive at better part designs which can be produced with higher Cpk’s, less material, and/or at lower cost.

Tighter Timing & Change Management

We usually design and manufacture our own stamping dies. By doing so, not only are we able to best control the resulting stamping process, but we can also control how long it takes. If changes to the die are necessary because the design changed after prototype testing, we can make those changes in our in-house tool & die shop.

Material & Supply Benefits

The right material for the process. We specialize in effective materials management as a value add for our customers. Through professional efficiency and effective synergy, we are able to generate large savings in often unexpected places.

Credit For Your Scrap

That’s right –YOUR scrap. Our job at Small Parts, Inc. is to turn metal that you pay for into a working component, not to be a speculator in the business of buying and selling materials. That is why we credit back to you the net proceeds from disposal of our metal stamping offal from the raw material YOU paid for. We are “material neutral” so you pay for the material you use and get what you pay for. This also removes any incentive for us to not arrive at the best use of material in our process design and equipment selection.

Non-ferrous Material Sourcing & Hedging

Non-ferrous materials are global commodities with sometimes volatile availabilities and costs. Through our supplier partner, we can get access to non-ferrous materials from multiple sources when availability is challenged. We can also work with you to develop a material purchase program that removes some of the volatility, if you don’t want any surprises from sudden rise or drop in material costs.

Supply from Nearby

The balancing act of working capital reduction against insulation from material stock outs can be simplified by buying from nearby. Whether you need the parts in the Midwest USA, Northern Mexico, or Eastern Mexico, we have facilities from which to provide parts on time. Benefit from regular milk-runs and ready support from our plant in the Crossroads of America. Or gain Mexico content and avoid safety-stock inventory from border crossing delays by buying from one of our plants across the border from either end of Texas.
